The colour is straw-yellow with golden and greenish reflexes; on the nose it recalls white flowers, with light and fragrant notes of yeast and hazelnut. Flavour is silky and velvety, fresh and soft, with a remarkable structure and power.

Carignan is an expression of dark cherry fruit, blueberries, violet and other floral aromas along with notes of orange peel, black liquorice and cocoa. Well bodied with fine tannin with excellent potential for ageing.

Bright pale yellow, the nose has a green apple, mandarin and tropical aromas. Full bodied on the palate with flavors of white peach and a long, persistent minerality.

AYAMA CHENIN BLANC

A straw appearance. Very intense aromas, which range from country hay, floral, tropical fruit and spice. Medium body wine. The freshness and minerality enhance fragrant notes of ripe white fruit such as pear and quince.

AYAMA VERMENTINO

Limpid straw-yellow colour. The nose is intense and recalls white peaches and apricots, with notes of exotic fruits. The taste is dry with a persistent minerality. Velvet on the palate, with good freshness. The final is clean and persistent.

Bright straw-yellow colour. The aromas recall notes of bergamot, juicy apricot and tropical fruit. On the palate it is dry, crisp and clean with hints of vanilla and balsamic notes.

The colour is purple red, the aromas of plum blend with warm hints of coffee and chocolate. The taste is complex with an elegant, soft and creamy tannin. The length

AYAMA CHNIN BLANC - OLD VINE 1986

Straw yellow colour. Warm notes of backed apple blend with balsamic fragrances of laurel and linden flowers. In the mouth, notes of mandarin marry soft and buttery nuances of ripe mango. Long and persistent with its minerality and velvety texture.
